Precautions for the use of PVC stabilizer and calcium zinc stabilizer
Calcium zinc stabilizer is a commonly used PVC stabilizer with non-toxic and environmentally friendly characteristics.
1. Confirm the green and environmentally friendly nature of the calcium zinc stabilizer formula: It is necessary to pay attention to whether the content of heavy metals (lead, cadmium, tin, barium) can meet the requirements of the product and comply with the new national standards.
2. PVC stabilizer - Calcium zinc stabilizer has strong internal lubrication effect, and more external lubricants need to be added.
3. PVC stabilizer - Calcium zinc stabilizer has weaker thermal stability than lead salt, narrower processing window, and higher control requirements.
4. Pay attention to the cleaning cycle during the operation process. Adding a large amount of calcium zinc stabilizer lubricant can easily lead to increased precipitation, thereby affecting the cleaning cycle. For large-scale production, the impact is greater, and it is necessary to strictly select stabilizer varieties. If it is a self owned stabilizer, it needs to be combined with PE wax or oxidized wax that has good lubrication effect in the middle and later stages. Strictly controlling the vacuum degree can reduce precipitation and prolong the cleaning time of the mold.
5. The formula and appropriate dosage of a good PVC stabilizer have little effect on the appearance, material properties, and aging resistance of the product.
