Product Introduction
Fischer-Tropsch wax can be applied in plastic processing, such as injection molding, extrusion, and pelletizing. In the production of color masterbatches and modified plastics, Fischer-Tropsch wax aids in the dispersion of fillers during mixing, while also providing excellent slip properties. It can serve as an external lubricant for PVC, with its low viscosity helping to boost production speed. Additionally, it facilitates the even distribution of pigments and fillers during mixing—particularly effective in extrusion processes involving high-viscosity systems—and requires 40–50% less addition compared to conventional PE waxes. Moreover, it significantly enhances the surface gloss of the final product. When used in high-concentration color formulations, molten Fischer-Tropsch wax effectively wets the dye particles, reducing extrusion viscosity.
