Product Introduction
Polyethylene wax possesses both the similar chemical properties and excellent electrical performance as polyethylene, while also retaining the characteristic traits of wax. It features a high melting point, great hardness, low viscosity, and outstanding processability—allowing for easy flow during manufacturing. The product appears as white flakes or powder. It is odorless, non-toxic, and non-corrosive, exhibiting superb lubricity and compatibility with plastics, rubber, paraffin wax, and inks. As a result, it serves as an exceptional processing aid.
This product is a polyethylene oligomer wax, visually appearing as white. It features low viscosity, excellent lubricity, and outstanding dispersibility, making it widely used in applications such as plastic processing, rubber manufacturing, adhesives, hot-melt adhesive production of color masterbatches, plastic pelletizing, PVC profiles, filler masterbatches, composite stabilizers, shoe polish, leather polish, cable insulation materials, floor waxes, plastic profile inks, paints, leather goods, paper, glass, candles, asphalt, and coatings.
Application
1. Concentrated color masterbatch and filler masterbatch. Used as a dispersant in color masterbatch processing, these are widely applied in polyolefin color masterbatches. They exhibit excellent compatibility with resins such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polypropylene, while also providing outstanding external and internal lubrication effects.
2. PVC profiles, pipes, and composite stabilizers serve as dispersants, lubricants, and brighteners during the molding and processing of PVC profiles, pipes, and pipe fittings made from PE and PP, enhancing plasticization while improving the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products. They are also widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizers.
3. The ink exhibits excellent lightfastness and chemical resistance, serving as an ideal carrier for pigments. It can enhance the abrasion resistance of paints and inks, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, and effectively prevent sedimentation. Additionally, it acts as a matting agent for paints and inks, imparting superior gloss and a sense of depth to the finished products.
4. Wax products are widely used in the production of various wax-based items such as floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, and writing instruments, helping to raise the softening point of wax products while enhancing their strength and surface glossiness.
5. Cable compounds used as lubricants for cable insulation materials can enhance the dispersion of fillers, increase the extrusion molding rate, boost die flow, and facilitate easy demolding.
6. Hot-melt products are used in a variety of hot-melt adhesives, thermosetting powder coatings, road marking paints, and line-marking paints as dispersants, offering excellent anti-settling performance while also imparting the products with superior gloss and a sense of depth.
7. As a rubber processing aid, rubber can enhance the dispersion of fillers, increase the extrusion molding rate, boost die flow, facilitate demolding, and improve the surface glossiness and smoothness of the product after demolding.
